Fiber Time...
So last week Anna and I spent some quality fiber time together.
This is her...she doesn't like having her picture taken, so I had to chop her head off.
This is what she made. It's a coaster and it's proudly displayed (and used) on my desk. She's working on another project now, so I'll post a pic of that when it's done.
Last week I felt the need to purchase some yarn...oh yeah, by the way, I've decided to abandon that whole 5 pounds/5 projects things, because it's not the growing stash that bothers me...it's the increasing number of unfinished projects that's getting to me. So, my current goal is to just keep plugging away at unfinished projects...frogging the ones I know I'll never finish, or want, and finishing the ones that need to be done.
Anyway, The Loopy Ewe had an update and I just couldn't resist. Apparently this time I was in the mood for purple.The Knittery Merino Cashmere Sock in Chocolate Royale. How could I resist? It's brown and purple...the wedding colors (as of right now, unless I change my mind, which I don't think I will...at least not about the brown).

Next, we have some Louet in Eggplant and Cloud Grey. There is a project in mind for these. It's next on the list once I get some of these other things done.
And, Yarn Love Juliet in Maiden. It's a pretty blend of purple and green.

Oh, but wait there's more...with this purchase, I became a Loopy Groupie!
And got FREE yarn! Yarn Love Juliet in Spring Morning...a nice bright color...Anna seems to like it...hmmmm....
And finally, on Friday, we received the August Limited Edition Tofutsies color, and I am in love.
Now, back to the knitting. I do, after all, have some unfinished projects to finish! And in the end, I will feel so accomplished :)
