Here is Agnes "happily" modeling my latest creation. I have finally finished the foolish skinny scarf. I've already made one of these, and what possesed me to recreate a project that has me casting on 400 (!) stitches, I don't know, but I do like the way that this one came out much better than the first one. I did start this quite a while ago though, so I am pleased it is done.
I know she doesn't look very happy, but it really is a nice scarf. It's made out of Classic Elite Premiere, which is 50% pima cotton and 50% Tencel, so it is beyond soft. For those of you who don't know Tencel is the brand name for lyocell, which comes from the pulp of trees. I hear it's environmentally friendly...then again, if you're really interested in it, I suppose you can so a search and find out for yourself.

Anyway...that's my scarf. I don't know how often I will wear it, but oh well. Now, on to that second mitten! I have so many projects piled up, it's really not funny...maybe this job isn't such a good idea :) (I love it!)

UPDATE: I finished my mitten! I now have a pair! Maybe pictures tomorrow...
